1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
In accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your items without giving any reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return under the withdrawal right:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
- It must include all original packaging, anti-static protective bags, headers, and accessories (such as I2C cables).
- Boards that have been soldered, modified, burned through incorrect wiring/overvoltage, or physically altered are not eligible for standard return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at customerservice@achiraware.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your Order Number and the items you wish to return.
- We will provide you with the return shipping address in Porto, Portugal and instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is proven defective upon arrival.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our workshop, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Stripe card or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Warranty & Defective Hardware (Dead on Arrival)
Every AchiraWare board is quality-checked before shipping. However, if you receive a product that is defective or dead on arrival (DOA):
- Contact our engineering support within 14 days at customerservice@achiraware.com with a description of the issue and your setup.
- If a manufacturing defect is verified, we will replace the board at no additional cost or issue a full refund including return postage.
