1. 100% Offline-First Architecture • Privacy by Design

At AchiraWare Electronics, we build hardware and software engineering tools for mission-critical operations where field reliability and proprietary data confidentiality are paramount. The Wireline App is engineered from the ground up as a strictly Local-First, Offline-First application:

Zero Telemetry • Zero Server Transmission: All data entered into the application—including weakpoint calculations, cablehead records, line tension curves, E-4 setting tool hydraulic balances, well coordinates, and 24-hour daily timeline hitches—is stored exclusively in local storage on your device. The app operates completely without an internet connection or cellular signal.

2. Information Collection & Processing

In accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1:

  • No Personal Identifiers Collected: The app does not ask for or collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account registrations.
  • No Device Tracking or Advertising Identifiers: We do not track users across other apps or websites, and we do not collect IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or vendor IDs.
  • No Third-Party Analytics SDKs: There are no Google Analytics, Firebase Telemetry, Meta SDKs, or third-party trackers embedded in the application.
  • No Cloud Sync: AchiraWare does not operate a remote database that collects or receives wellbore or timesheet data.

3. Device Permissions Explanation

The application may request optional iOS system permissions solely to enable on-device user actions:

  • Camera & Photo Library (Optional): Used strictly on-device to capture reference photographs of cable drum manufacturer specification tables or receipts for timesheet expense logs. Images remain stored solely in the app's local sandbox.
  • Location / GPS (Optional): Allows the field specialist to automatically record the geographic coordinates of a well on location. Geolocation is never monitored in the background and is never transmitted to any external server.

4. In-App Purchases (Apple StoreKit)

The optional PRO upgrade is offered as a one-time, non-consumable lifetime purchase processed directly by Apple Inc. via StoreKit:

  • AchiraWare Electronics does not handle or store credit card numbers or financial information. All billing transactions are managed directly by Apple Media Services.
  • Purchases can be restored at any time on authorized devices linked to the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" button.
